If someone recommends PositionPilot and may receive credit, commission, custom terms or another benefit, that relationship needs to be clear near the recommendation, link, coupon or CTA.
Affiliate disclosure explains the relationship behind a recommendation. It does not turn a recommendation into trading advice or a promise of results.
Users need to know when a recommendation is compensated.
A referrer, affiliate, creator, educator, community operator or partner may receive account credit, commission, custom terms, co-marketing support or another benefit when someone subscribes through their invite link, coupon, campaign or partner path.
That connection needs disclosure before or next to the recommendation, link, coupon or CTA.
Clear, close and hard to miss.
Disclosure needs to be understandable, visible and placed close to the recommendation. It does not belong only in a footer, terms page, profile bio or distant disclosure page when the recommendation appears elsewhere.

Affiliate eligibility, payout methods, supported regions, tax forms, sanctions screening, payment rails and partner program availability can vary. Private strategic terms are not public default terms.
