PositionPilot
Service terms summary.
PositionPilot provides software access for planning, managing, auditing and reviewing positions through supported exchange integrations. This summary explains the current service boundaries for early access and partner conversations.
Paid checkout, account onboarding and partner agreements can include additional terms specific to the selected plan, region, payment method or partner scope.
Software access, not custody.
PositionPilot is non-custodial, user-directed position workflow software. Users trade through their own supported exchange accounts. The exchange controls KYC, custody, balances, market access, order matching, fees, settlement and its own rules.
Users decide what to approve.
The user is responsible for deciding whether to trade, what account to connect, which strategy or playbook to use, what position plan to approve, what size to trade and how much risk to accept.
PositionPilot can execute actions that belong to a user-approved plan when the plan conditions are met. It does not decide what the user should buy or sell.
Subscriptions cover software access and automated management coverage.
Subscriptions and Founding Access relate to software access, position workflow features, credits where included and automated management coverage. They do not transfer asset ownership, create investment rights or authorize PositionPilot to close, sell or buy assets simply because billing fails.
If paid coverage ends, automated management may stop after the applicable grace or lifecycle rules. Open spot inventory remains on the user's exchange account.
Founding Access is prepaid product access.
Founder Packages are early-access product packages for Position Intelligence. They are not an investment, equity, loan or promise of financial return. Intelligence Credits are product credits for eligible non-safety-critical features. Core safety actions, audit, close/reduce/protection and recovery flows do not depend on buying extra credits.
Availability can vary by market.
Product access, checkout, payment rails, supported exchanges, affiliate payouts and partner options can vary by region, sanctions policy, payment provider, exchange support and product review. Language selection does not decide availability.
Referral and white-label paths have different responsibilities.
Referral and affiliate partners introduce users to PositionPilot and receive only the attribution and reporting permitted for that path. White-label or custom partner sites can have a broader partner-branded customer relationship, but scope, billing, visibility and support responsibilities must be agreed separately.
